Who We Are
Mukthi-aruna-jyothi is a social welfare institution to help the sadhus and sannyasis of Tiruvannamalai. So far we have successfully constructed 18 water tanks for the benefit of birds, animals and people in the community around Tiruvannamalai. Annadhanam (Food offering) happens on a regular basis to cater to the abandoned and homeless people, sadhus and sannayasis.
What We Do
We Support Sadhu and sanyasis for their basic needs
Covid drive
We have started our Covid drive this year and are continously providing masks, sanitary kits and medicines to all people in Tiruvannamalai. Along with these the sadhus are also being educated on risks, how to fight the pandemic and stay stafe
Medical services
Supporting all sadhu, sanyasis and poor patients by taking them to the hospital and bringing them back to home
Conducting medical camp on regular basis with the support of Dr.Rahul from Al -Rashid hospital Dubai, where people around 50 got benefited by this camp, we are also planning to conduct more medical camps in future days
Water
We have constructed three types of water tanks around 7kms of Tiruvannamalai, in order provide drinking water for all animals like snake, deer and monkey in the summer period, So far we have covered the forest and other areas by 18 tanks and we are planning to expand it in future
Basic services
We also constructed 10 water tanks for sadhus to bath and drink
We are distributing free herbal tea in Tamil know as malli coffee and sukku coffee for morning and evening in Girivalam the path by getting proper permission from govt which is even supported and encouraged by
